We specialize on one-on-one physical therapy treatments. One on one physical therapy is very focused on your musculoskeletal system and the correction of dysfunctional musculoskeletal issues that may be causing pain and limiting your activities of daily living. Our goal is to help you return to your physical activities without the use of pain medication, injections, or surgery. This practice includes the use of various interventions including, but not limited to customized therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, joint mobilizations, dry needling, neuromuscular re-education, instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation, and blood-flow restriction training.

Dr. Vincent Lee has obtained extensive training in orthopedic manual physical therapy, dry needling, and athletic training. He has worked with multiple professional athletes including Olympic swimmers, NFL football players, professional Mixed-Martial Artists, professional bodybuilders/weightlifters, high school athletes, and the general population.

One on one physical therapy is recommended when you have not had success with traditional physical therapy models that usually see more than one patient per therapist, those requiring more hands-on treatment, complex chronic pain cases, attempting to avoid surgery, or athletes that require more analytical focus into a performance issue due to limiting pain.

I began studying Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2011 with the intent to understand what, if anything, a person can do for themselves, their loved ones, and their community, in order to live a fulfilling life in the face of the difficulties that will invariably affect us all. Although my medical education was focused on developing a well rounded understanding of the whole individual from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, my experience working extensively in physical therapy settings has also allowed me to develop a specialization in the treatment of Musculoskeletal pain. I generally implement the use of Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxabustion, Diet Therapy, Herbal Therapy and General Lifestyle Therapy. I enjoy Soccer, Martial Arts, Nature, Food and Music.

From horses to humans, Mindy Jaques has a lifelong history of healing. Starting in her youth, riding and training horses, treating equine ailments, and working in equine husbandry she lives to help others (be they 4 legged or two legged) become their best healthiest selves.

Inspired by the events of 911 she began a degreed career in EMS as first an EMT in Nassau County Florida then Critical Care Paramedic in Jacksonville. All this time she was training under Master Kam Lee in Qigong and Chen Taijiquan. Kam further inspired her to pursue Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture as he had demonstrated it’s effectiveness on her own health.

Since 2010 she has followed in Kam Lee’s foot steps. After graduating from Dragon Rises College of Oriental Medicine as an Acupuncture Physician, she began treating patients as a primary care provider here at Kam Lee Center, utilizing the various modalities of Traditional Chinese Medicine, integrating it seamlessly with her own training in modern allopathic and critical care medicine. She specializes in autoimmune disorders, neuroacupuncture, mental-emotional disorders, and other complex conditions. Utilizing her extensive background in qigong, she offers customized private qigong lessons to develop and tailor this ancient art to an individual’s specific needs.

She has been honored with The Elizabeth Ann Seton medal for selfless care of others. She has also been inducted into the American Martial Arts Alliance Hall of Honors, featured along side Chuck Norris in the AMAA Masters and Pioneers Second Edition.

In her spare time she rides her horse, a rescued appaloosa named James Brown; plays banjo, grows medicinal herbs, and teaches riding lessons to her nieces and nephews.
